If there is one thing that I really want to make sure you know, it’s this:

I created this space to be a warm, inclusive space where plant-based living feels simple, supported, and sustainable. It’s not about rules, labels, or doing everything perfectly. This is a place where you can come as you are: curious, experienced, or somewhere in-between.
There is a lot of judgment, noise, and pressure in the wellness world. I believe in a gentler way. A way where food feels joyful, not stressful. Where the focus is on adding more goodness to your plate, not taking things away.
This is a starting point, a resting place, and your reminder that you don’t have to do it all at once. Just begin.
Credentials
My interest in plant-based diets lead me to becoming certified in Integrative Health and Wellness with advanced training in Nutrition and Hormone Health at Precision Nutrition, NASM, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
My greatest education has come from decades of living this lifestyle - experimenting, learning, and finding what truly works.
